• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; proficient in MS Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and processes accounting journal entries for routine accounts.
• Reconciles balance sheet accounts and researches discrepancies.
• Assists in quarterly and annual financial statements and cash flow analysis.
• Supports implementation of new accounting software and reporting rules.
• Collaborates with IT and actuarial contacts to ensure proper financial reporting.
• Supports internal and external audits and provides explanations as needed.
• Leads reconciliation of health plan accounts with HR collaboration.
