Responsibilities

• Governmental and Institutional Reporting: prepare fiscal note responses, coordinate and compile system-wide financial reports.
• Departmental Accounting: perform Workday transactions, deposits, journal entries, requisitions, and vendor invoices; reconcile ledgers.
• Assists with Budget Preparation: reviews and compiles campus budget requests for Board of Regents and OBP.
• Asset Custodian: duties for LSU System Office and Health Affairs; orders supplies; processes vendor payments.
• Assists with special projects as assigned.
