Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual account reconciliations.
• Maintain subsidiary schedules to control balances in ledger (deposits, transfers, credit card reconciliations, system payments).
• Review bank statements and assist with monthly reconciliation with GL and external/internal systems.
• Heavy data research through MS Excel (intermediate to advanced).
• Process high-volume documents, reports and records; resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in developing automated systems and procedures; advise on policies and GAAP.
