Position Overview

The BDC Fund Accounting Department handles financial and investor reporting for Golub Capital’s Business Development Companies (BDCs), including Golub Capital BDC, Inc. (NASDAQ: GBDC), Golub Capital Direct Lending Corporation, and others. Responsibilities include accounting, SEC reporting, and supporting internal and external stakeholders in compliance with U.S. GAAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual reports on Form 10-Q / K
• Assist in external audits and quarterly reviews
• Support operational efficiencies and process automation
• Maintain general ledger and prepare management reports
• Coordinate debt compliance and capital activities

Candidate Requirements

Additional Information
