Job summary

Lauterbach & Amen, LLP, a well-established CPA firm in Vernon Hills, IL, seeks a full-time Accountant to join our tax, accounting and advisory practice. You will handle routine accounting tasks, support clients with financial statements, and contribute to timely reporting for a diverse client base.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in accounting, up to 3 years of experience, and a CPA track or license pursuit. We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and four weeks of PTO.

We are searching for a full-time Accountant. This role will be based at a client in Vernon Hills, IL.

Lauterbach & Amen is committed to offering compensation that is fair, transparent, and competitive. The anticipated, average salary range for this position is $60,000-$75,000, with the final offer determined based on business-related factors such as geographic location, relevant experience, education, skill set, and professional certifications. As part of our compensation philosophy, offers are typically not made at the top of the range to allow room for future growth and salary progression over time
