You will work on analytical projects that drive business decisions and improve processes, with exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. Ideal candidates have strong GL, close, and reconciliation experience, ERP and advanced Excel skills, and a background in manufacturing or cost

Financial Accountant Opportunity- Contract to Hire-Salary up to $85K (DOE) + Bonus! This is a contract-to-hire role with a growing manufacturing company in the Blaine area. The position offers a blend of accounting, operations, and analytics, with strong opportunities for growth and development. A unique aspect of this role is the opportunity to work on analytical projects that help drive business decisions and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities

• General ledger accounting, journal entries, and month-end close


• Financial reporting, account reconciliations, and variance analysis


• Inventory accounting, costing, and manufacturing variance review


• Fixed asset accounting and capital expenditure tracking


• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis


• Audit support, compliance, and internal controls


• Process improvements, automation initiatives, and ERP enhancements

What They're Looking For

• 5+ years of accounting experience


• Strong GL, close, and reconciliation experience


• ERP and advanced Excel skills


• Manufacturing, inventory, or cost accounting experience preferred
