This role focuses on transforming the treasury function through automation and process improvement, handling AP, payroll, T&E reimbursements, and cash reconciliations to support accurate financial reporting. • Bachelor’s degree is required in accounting/finance or related field.
• 3-5 years treasury execution and corporate accounting experience.
• Strong project management and ability to drive tasks to completion.
• Proficiency in accounting software; advanced Excel skills required.
• Experience with treasury management systems and automation tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience updating financial analyses and forecasts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable, payroll, and travel & expense reimbursements for timely disbursements.
• Conduct data reconciliations among accounting systems for accuracy.
• Organize and maintain accounting records to support reporting and compliance.
• Coordinate with third-party administrators for payments and distributions.
• Prepare journal entries and perform cash reconciliations.
• Monitor daily cash positions to optimize liquidity.
• Assist in corporate and SOX audit activities and regulatory filings.
• Prepare wires and transfers with proper documentation.
• Manage banking activities for capital calls and distributions.
• Execute project plans and timelines aligned with organizational goals.
• Contribute to day-to-day financial accounting and administration.
• Provide general support to the Director and SVP of Accounting and Finance team.
