Job summary

Kforce's client in the Milwaukee, WI area is seeking a Finance & Treasury Manager to lead and support a broad portfolio including Corporate Accounting, Treasury Management and HR financial support.

The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to the Corporate Controller, directing initiatives, building processes, and guiding teams through key projects to improve profitability. Hybrid work arrangement is expected with adherence to GAAP and manufacturing accounting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of experience in finance or treasury roles.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and manufacturing accounting.
• Public accounting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, build and support finance initiatives including Corporate Accounting, Treasury Management and HR financial support.
• Act as a trusted business partner and finance leader guiding projects aligned with long-range objectives.
• Collaborate with corporate controllers and teams across the organization.
• Maintain compliance with GAAP and manufacturing accounting standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of experience
• Strong technical knowledge of GAAP
• Detailed knowledge of manufacturing accounting
• Prior public accounting experience a plus
• Working Conditions: Hybrid

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
