Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years of consulting experience advising on finance, cash, and working capital transformation or technology enhancements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Degrees in Finance, Accounting, IT, Data Science, or Analytics.
• Certifications such as CPA, CTP, or CFA preferred.

Knowledge and Skills

• Experience managing teams on cash flow and working capital projects.
• Proficiency in working capital analysis, process improvement, and financial data analytics.
• Experience with working capital systems like Kyriba, FIS GetPaid, and others.
• Business development and client engagement skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with digital tools and technologies including PowerBI, Tableau, RPA, and AI applications.
