Apple Inc. is seeking a Program Manager for the Finance Transformation team in Cupertino to anchor PMO and Planning programs across a complex portfolio.

You will surface risks early, provide executives with a clear view of progress, and partner with engineering and business teams to align work with priorities. The role requires a proactive, self-starting communicator who thrives in ambiguity and can apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods as needed.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in a software planning and prioritization cycle.
• Hands-on experience with Wrike and Clarity.
• Comfortable working in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups) for analysis and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Support PMO and Planning programs across the full software planning and prioritization cycle, including intake, prioritization, funding, and tracking against plan.
• Partner with program leads to keep scope, timelines, and dependencies on track.
• Identify, assess, and elevate risks and issues, and drive mitigation to closure.
• Build executive-level presentations and status reports that are concise, accurate, and decision-oriented.
• Analyze program and portfolio data in Excel and enterprise planning tools to find trends, gaps, and discrepancies, and turn them into clear recommendations.
• Support cross-functional programs, including stakeholder communications, readiness tracking, and adoption.
• Lead or support special projects as priorities emerge, from scoping through delivery.
• Establish and improve program processes, templates, and operating cadences, applying the right methodology to each program.
