• Master's degree in accounting preferred.
• 4+ years in progressive financial accounting roles, with Big 4 experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting processes and internal controls.
• Experience supporting SOX and audit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing accounting and finance processes; identify inefficiencies and risks.
• Lead redesign and remediation of identified risks to enhance controls.
• Support IPO readiness initiatives with documentation and control design.
• Own documentation of policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Lead finance transformation workstreams; standardize processes and close optimization.
• Support ERP enhancements and reporting infrastructure improvements.
• Oversee system testing and post-implementation reviews for finance tools.
• Improve data reliability and auditability across financial processes.
