Atlantic Group is seeking a Director, Value Creation in Greater Philadelphia, PA, to lead finance transformation across portfolio companies in a PE environment. You will drive financial infrastructure, reporting, M&A integration, and systems enhancements, partnering with senior leaders.

The role requires 15+ years of senior finance experience, strong U.S. GAAP expertise, and a CPA is preferred. It is a hybrid role with a compensation range of $200,000–$300,000 plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• CPA certification is preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership in PE-backed or complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation and value creation initiatives across portfolio companies.
• Recommend improvements to reporting, controls, systems, and processes.
• Support M&A integration and related finance activities.
• Drive ERP and finance technology enhancements, data quality, and automation.
• Provide strategic financial leadership during growth and change.
• Strengthen financial readiness and capabilities to support business objectives.
