Job summary

Ferrovial seeks a Finance Manager to drive digital transformation and optimization of financial processes across Cintra, focusing on value creation, process automation, and system enhancements. You will liaise between corporate HQ and concession companies, reporting to the Head of Finance North America and the Head of Digital Finance Transformation.

You will lead transformation initiatives, evaluate technology investments, and coordinate cross-functional teams across finance, IT and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar required.
• 6 to 8 years of experience in finance roles with at least 3 years in transformation or systems-related projects.
• Experience with AI solutions in a professional environment with a track record of impact and value delivery is a must.
• Experience with low data transformation and automation tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Agent Builder, UiPath, n8n, Airtable, Zapier) is highly desirable.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, SAC, or Qlikview is a plus.
• SAP experience required, with strong preference for S/4HANA exposure is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and change management skills, and proven project leadership capability.
• Willingness to travel and relocate within US/Canada; ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation initiatives, including process redesign, automation, and the implementation and improvement of financial systems and tools.
• Support Cintra’s digital businesses by helping monitor performance and guiding teams through relevant corporate processes and procedures.
• Assess and challenge technology investment initiatives by evaluating their business impact, profitability, strategic fit, and value creation.
• Coordinate, monitor and participate in finance and digital projects to maximize business impact and operational efficiency.
• Project management and/or ad-hoc analysis of country or global initiatives involving finance and IT, with a focus on value, simplicity, automation, and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead change management efforts and provide training and support to finance teams partnering with IT, Data, Innovation and business teams.
• Promote best practices and standardization by enabling knowledge sharing and rolling out innovative solutions.
• Stay current on emerging technology trends and finance digitalization best practices to identify opportunities for innovation.
