Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking an Expert Consultant or Project Leader to join the CFO Excellence team and drive finance transformation efforts. You will work on end-to-end project workstreams, collaborating with clients to understand issues, craft strategies, and secure buy-in for your recommendations while growing your expertise within BCG.

Ideal candidates bring 5–10+ years in finance, prior consulting experience, and strong analytics with a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in finance across CFO advisory, FP&A, transformation and related areas.
• Previous consulting experience is required.
• Experience in finance transformation programs including operating model redesign and tech enablement.
• Experience in finance tech stacks, process optimization, and data architecture.
• Strong consulting skill set with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Entrepreneurial, driven and proactive mindset with a strong work ethic.
• Collaborative style with ability to work across BCG and with clients.
• Advanced degree in a related field is preferred.
