Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least eight years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Three+ years of management or supervision of finance staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for the Finance Department and managers.
• Oversee accounting operations, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and controls.
• Serve as senior advisor on complex accounting issues to CFO and executive leadership.
• Lead development and improvement of financial policies, controls, and processes.
• Own Finance ERP and systems, including future implementation phases and enhancements.
• Coordinate with IT and vendors to ensure finance systems meet business needs.
• Oversee external audits and coordinate responses to findings or recommendations.
• Monitor financial performance and provide analytics to support management decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automate processes, and standardize workflows.
• Develop Finance Managers and staff through mentoring and succession planning.
