Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC's NACF Finance is seeking a Finance Manager to be a trusted partner supporting transformation initiatives across North American fulfillment. You will drive improvements, leverage data to deliver insights, and influence leaders.

You will lead with SQL, Advanced Excel, and QuickSight to build scalable finance tools and processes, while collaborating with Finance, Operations, and Product teams across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical field.
• 6+ years building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making.
• 6+ years dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy.
• 6+ years leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Build transformation roadmaps and strategy with limited guidance; draw conclusions and make recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and challenge business requirements for new processes and products.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to business leaders to support decision making.
• Identify opportunities to automate, standardize or simplify finance tools and processes across teams.
• Own the reporting for transformation initiatives, tracking measures of success and reporting risks and opportunities to leadership.
• Identify and solve data integrity issues and collaborate with stakeholders on resolution.
• Develop and execute scalable, auditable data analysis processes.
• Communicate data clearly to diverse audiences, enabling informed decisions.
• Partner with Finance Leaders, Operations Stakeholders, Program and Product Managers; manage competing priorities.
