Job summary

Binance is seeking a high-performing Finance professional with a solid accounting foundation to drive AI, automation and finance transformation in a fast-paced FinTech environment.

The role spans financial reporting, FP&A, business partnering, M&A and transformation initiatives, with a focus on scalable, compliant processes and stakeholder engagement across Finance, Technology and business teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy / Finance, ACCA or equivalent qualification with 7+ years’ relevant experience.
• Strong accounting, analytical, financial modelling and reconciliation skills.
• Experience in FP&A, consulting, M&A or Finance transformation is highly valued.
• Strong interest and practical experience in AI, automation, data analytics or financial systems.
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP / BI / workflow automation experience is a plus.
• Strong commercial acumen, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Curious, adaptable and comfortable challenging the status quo in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial and management reporting, cash flow, tax, budgeting and reconciliations.
• Support FP&A, forecasting, performance analysis and business partnering.
• Drive Finance transformation and automation leveraging AI and data.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and automate manual work.
• Partner with Finance, Technology and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and governance.
