Job summary
Champion Petfoods is seeking a Finance Transformation Manager (12-month contract) to lead design and delivery of finance transformation initiatives across record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and planning. The role collaborates with Controllership, Finance Business Partners, Mars Global Services, and Digital/Technology teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive finance/controllership/transformation experience.
- CPA, CMA, ACCA, MBA or recognized project/change-management cert is preferred.
- Experience with ERP and finance tech; SAP and EPM experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and delivery of finance transformation initiatives to improve process efficiency and data quality.
- Partner with controllership, business partners, and technology teams to translate priorities into scalable solutions.
- Own the finance transformation roadmap and governance across processes and systems.
