Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Finance Transformation Manager to lead business process analysis, requirements definition, and remediation efforts for clients. You will collaborate with our Transformation Practice to design sustainable finance operating models and drive end-to-end process improvements.

In this role you will manage engagements, guide teams, pursue new work, and travel up to 30% as needed. The position follows Grant Thornton's hybrid model with in-person work at least three days per

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum 5 years in a consulting role serving cross-industry clients or finance functions.
• Industry certification required.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to build business cases.
• Experience with process analysis, BI, data reconciliation.
• Knowledge of close-the-books, COA, treasury, FP&A, benchmarking.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Develop client-focused solutions based on strategy, operations, and management.
• Perform engagement management: reviews, delegation, scheduling, financials, quality assurance, client management.
• Leverage consulting experience to help clients meet long-term goals.
• Analyze and design effective solutions for client issues.
• Manage business development activities: proposals, captures, whitepapers, events.
