Qualifications

A Day in the Life:

• Support Global Business Services (GBS) KPI management and performance reporting initiatives.
• Assist with Reporting-as-a-Service (RaaS) projects and finance transformation activities.
• Perform financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and process improvement recommendations.
• Support the development and enhancement of data platforms, reporting solutions, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support change management and transformation initiatives.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and business insights for finance leadership and project teams.

Who We’re Looking For: Required:

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Students entering their Junior or Senior year at the start of the upcoming academic term.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify business insights.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Learning agility with a strong interest in digital transformation, data analytics, and AI technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business productivity tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• GPA of 3.0 or above (Candidates will be required to provide an official or unofficial transcript during the application process for verification.)
• Ability to perform work onsite in Franklin, TN.

Preferred:

• Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of AI, automation, or digital transformation concepts.
• Experience working with large datasets and creating data‑driven business recommendations.
• Interest in finance transformation, process improvement, and organizational change management.
