The position requires 5+ years in finance, strong analytics, and leadership of large multi-campus initiatives, with experience in Tableau/Power BI and data governance. Bloomington, IN; salary $150,000–$175,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5 years in finance, financial administration, or related field.
• Experience leading large, cross-campus initiatives is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead modernization of the financial management reporting strategy.
• Establish and lead a permanent Financial Reporting CoE across campuses.
• Partner with IT to implement BI tools and AI for advanced financial analysis.
• Develop standardized executive reports and scorecards for senior leadership.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing analytics/BI team.
