Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Finance and Accounting expertise to support strategic finance transformation initiatives. This role collaborates with Finance, Technology, Operations, and Risk to drive process improvements, system implementations, and regulatory compliance.

You will lead requirements workshops, prepare BRDs/FRDs and process maps, and perform current- and future-state analyses.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.
8+ years of Business Analysis experience within Financial Services, Banking, Capital Markets, or Corporate Finance.
Strong understanding of Product Control and Financial Control functions; GL/Sub-ledger architectures and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, and process maps.
Perform current-state/future-state analysis and maintain requirement traceability.
Support finance transformation programs, ledger migrations, and system implementations.
Assist with cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-implementation support.
Work within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
Collaborate with Finance, Technology, Operations, and Risk stakeholders.
