Qualifications

• Must have 7+ years in accounting or controllership or operations.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of financial controls and close processes.
• Experience in a large, complex organization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations across payroll, service operations, clinical accounting, and close.
• Develop accounting professionals, including offshore teams.
• Improve efficiency via standardization and automation.
• Oversee month-, quarter-, and year-end close activities.
• Collaborate with Finance and leaders to solve issues and improve processes.
• Lead transformation projects including SAP S/4HANA initiatives.
• Use data and analytics to improve reporting and controls.
• Mentor team to build a high-performing organization.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and scalable solutions.
