Job summary

Accenture is seeking a CFO & Enterprise Value professional to help clients modernize finance functions and drive value across the enterprise. You will partner with finance executives to shape vision, strategy and outcomes while leveraging technology, analytics, and GenAI.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, risk management, and delivering actionable finance transformation programs across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of finance management consulting experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Finance operations experience (Close, External Reporting, Intercompany, Consolidations, Order-to-Cash or Invoice-to-Pay).
• Minimum 2 years with finance ERP/EPM platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Anaplan, OneStream).
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with clients clearly, participating in client workshops, and documenting requirements.
• Experience in Banking, Insurance, Consumer Goods & Retail, Energy, Health, High-Tech Industrial, or Utilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in modernizing finance functions by setting vision, strategy, goals, and key outcomes.
• Assist project teams in managing risk, identifying client challenges, and managing deliverables.
• Collaborate effectively with clients.
• Be a good team member and partner with cross-functional teams.
• Participate with clients’ digital transformations, help them drive efficiency, effectiveness, experience, and growth: assist in identifying needed skillsets, data, operating models, process automation, analytics, workflows, and enabling technology (i.e., FinTech apps, AI/ML/GenAI, etc).
• Aid in finding modern technology and data solutions for clients and share best practices across the industry.
• Stay on top of current trends, technologies, and regulations influencing digital finance, analytics, and the CFO ecosystem.
