Accenture is seeking finance transformation professionals to help clients modernize their finance operations. You will set vision and strategy, work with internal and external teams, and manage deliverables across ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, Workday, Anaplan, and OneStream.

Qualifications

3+ years of finance management consulting experience.
3+ years in Finance operations (e.g., Close, External Reporting, Intercompany, Consolidations).
2+ years with finance ERP/EPM platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Anaplan, OneStream).
Ability to communicate clearly with clients, participate in workshops, document requirements.

Responsibilities

Support clients in modernizing their finance functions by setting vision, strategy, goals and outcomes.
Assist project teams in managing risk, client challenges, and deliverables.
Collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
Participate in clients' digital transformations to drive efficiency, experience, and growth.
Identify needed skillsets, data, operating models, process automation, analytics and enabling technology (FinTech, AI/ML/GenAI).
Share best practices across the industry and stay updated on trends in digital finance and CFO ecosystems.
