Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in quantitative roles.
• 3+ years in tax, finance or analytics.
• 4+ years applying KPIs to analyses.
• 4+ years automating processes and improving finance tools.
• 3+ years data-dissection to support strategy.

Responsibilities

• Bridge finance and data teams; understand NACF cost drivers.
• Build financial models and analyze complex problems with limited guidance.
• Own reporting efficiency; resolve data integrity issues with stakeholders.
• Collect and manage quantitative data; create actionable metrics.
• Write queries to gather data; use SQL and Python for analysis.
• Lead root-cause analysis; partner with Operations to improve profitability.
• Enable self-service data solutions for finance stakeholders.
• Apply AI to automate workflows using LLMs and tooling.
• Identify and run opportunities to automate and standardize tools.
• Coordinate with data providers and tech teams for timely data.
• Communicate conclusions and recommendations clearly.
