Amazon's NACF Finance team seeks a senior finance analytics leader to turn complex data into actionable insights. You will own financial models, drive cost-of-fulfillment analytics, and partner with Finance, Operations, and Tech to deliver weekly and monthly reviews and forecasts.

You will lead data-driven efforts across large-scale platforms, employing AI tools to automate workflows while ensuring data integrity and auditable processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, tax, economics, or a related analytical field.
• 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience.
• 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience.
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL.
• Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).
• Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results.

Responsabilités

• Build financial models and analyses with little guidance, draw conclusions, and make recommendations that deliver results.
• Bridge Finance and Data teams and build deep understanding of NACF cost-of-fulfillment drivers and related systems and data.
• Develop, execute, and communicate weekly and monthly financial reviews, forecasting, and reporting models to stakeholders.
• Own the efficiency of financial reporting for a business area and solve data-integrity issues with stakeholders.
• Identify the need for improved controls to address risk and propose control solutions.
• Develop and execute scalable, auditable data-analysis processes.
• Identify and implement opportunities to resolve finance issues and to improve, scale, automate, or simplify finance tools, technology, and processes across teams and organizations.
• Understand data flows through financial platforms and establish a source of truth.
• Apply AI to boost productivity and automate financial workflows using large language models and tools.
• Write systems queries and perform data mining using Excel, SQL, and Python; explore creative solutions with large-scale data-mining tools.
• Solve complex problems affecting company-wide decisions and maximize stakeholder value.
• Centralize process improvement and reporting so partners can self-service data needs.
• Take part in hiring and developing activities and mentor new team members.
• Seek and leverage diverse perspectives.
• Challenge partner plans when needed.
• Communicate data clearly, verbally and in writing, to non-Finance partners.
• Contribute to work/life harmony and find solutions to close gaps for the team.
