Responsibilities

• Organize payroll docs and maintain digital archives for audit prep.
• Assist with invoice tracking and documentation organization to support the reconciliation of invoices, payments, and purchase orders.
• Assist with payroll, attendance analysis, and report generation.
• Update SharePoint trackers and financial databases, assist with Power BI reporting data preparation.
• Monitor procurement inboxes and track requisition statuses.
• Assisting with vendor correspondence preparation.
