Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in accounting/finance/info systems preferred.
• 8+ years of program/product management, operations, or business analysis in financial services or enterprise tech.
• Strong understanding of general ledger, fund accounting, AP/AR, treasury, and financial close.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Maintain portfolio-level coordination across multiple finance workstreams.
• Define and manage product roadmaps aligned to Finance leadership priorities.
• Lead end-to-end program delivery with agile practices across domains.
• Communicate with senior stakeholders and manage risks and blockers.
• Design and optimize finance systems and business processes with engineering teams.
