Job summary

Reddit is seeking an Enterprise Architect to own the Finance technology architecture, guiding ERP, data pipelines, and strategic tooling. You will align Finance’s tech stack with business goals and lead a small high-impact team while contributing hands-on engineering.

This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Corporate Engineering, and Data, requiring strong communication with CFOs and engineers alike. Remote-based in the United States with broad scope across the US.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise architecture or a closely related technical discipline.
• Experience designing Finance technology stacks (ERP, P2P, R2R) and integration.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, ETL/ELT, and iPaaS in finance contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical architecture for Finance systems including ERP, close, planning, and data pipelines.
• Develop a scalable Finance systems roadmap aligned to growth, M&A, and reporting needs.
• Lead decisions on build vs buy and advocate for architectural standards and data governance.
• Deliver systems engineering work personally and drive integrations across Finance platforms.
• Partner with Engineering, Data, and Security to ensure compliant, scalable Finance tech.
