Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Finance Domain Architect to define and govern technology strategy for finance systems, bridging financial leadership and engineering teams. You will drive modernization, standardize data patterns, and guide multi-year roadmaps across ERP, reconciliation, and reporting.

You will lead ARB engagements, establish integration standards, and evaluate cloud and AI/ML approaches for compliant, scalable finance operations. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Solution or Enterprise Architect with at least 5 years in finance systems.
• Strong business acumen across record-to-report, procure-to-pay, treasury and reporting.
• Experience with Oracle Financial ERP, BlackLine and treasury/financial reporting tools.
• Familiarity with AI/ML architecture patterns for finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance technology architecture and target-state design.
• Partner with Finance and Tech to identify capability gaps and deliver solutions.
• Provide modernization leadership ensuring scalable, auditable systems.
• Drive application rationalization and platform consolidation.
• Translate business needs into architecture roadmaps.
• Develop architecture artifacts, reference architectures and patterns.
• Establish integration standards and data governance across finance.
• Participate in Architecture Review Boards (ARB).
• Review designs with delivery teams and guide implementation decisions.
• Evaluate emerging tech including cloud migrations and real-time reporting.
