Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Plano, TX seeks a Finance & Business Manager, Associate to partner with the Cybersecurity and Technology Controls organization.

You will support financial planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives while collaborating with stakeholders across Finance, Technology, and Business Management teams. You will drive execution of business priorities, deliver insights for management decisions, and work with global teams to simplify and improve processes for value creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Experience in finance and business management, FP&A.
• Experience supporting technology organizations.
• Strong presenting and reporting skills for senior stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiar with BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate financial forecasting and reporting, including monthly financials, allocations, headcount analysis, and management reporting
• Lead the annual budgeting process in partnership with technology and finance stakeholders
• Support executive ad hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
• Lead financial analysis that provides insights for management decision-making and supports strategic business initiatives
• Partner with finance and functional teams to lead and support strategic projects
• Partner with Finance & Business Management teams to support technology-wide objectives and enterprise business cases
• Collaborate with team members and global managers to identify opportunities to simplify, improve, and enhance business processes
• Prepare executive-ready presentations and reporting for senior stakeholders
• Support business strategy development and execution through financial analysis and business management activities
