Job summary

A financial technology firm is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst to manage projects within the Finance Change Management & Technology Organization. This role will involve requirements gathering, project documentation, and collaboration with business and technical teams. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and technical skills, with experience using Oracle and Teradata. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle and Teradata databases and query tools.
• Strong organization and partnering skills.
• Ability to foster collaborative relationships across business units.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of projects and implement solutions into production.
• Create project documentation including BRDs, HLD/LLDs, Test Plans, and Test Scripts.
• Query large amounts of data and evaluate data anomalies.
