Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the TFC business unit by gathering business requirements and proposing solutions.
• Lead and participate in issue resolution activities.
• Develop and modify analytics dashboards.
• Identify, communicate, and resolve issues.
• Provide end-user assistance, training, and support documentation.
• Deliver work on-time and to process owner specifications.

Strong verbal, written, and communication skills

Demonstrated knowledge of Software Development/Configuration Life Cycle

Demonstrated knowledge of System and User Acceptance software testing

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues

Knowledge of SQL for querying and testing

Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering or related technical field
