Job summary

Raytheon Technologies seeks a dynamic Senior Manager to lead Finance Career Development, Communications, and CORE initiatives. This role shapes talent strategy, enhances internal alignment, and drives adoption of CORE across the Finance organization.

The successful candidate will influence L5 Finance Leaders and partner with HR and RTX Talent Development, delivering programs, onboarding, and engagement initiatives to elevate the employee experience across the Finance function.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Communications or related field with 10+ years in finance, career development, or internal communications.
Professional experience in a related finance role.

Responsibilities

Lead the Raytheon Finance Intern Program (40–45 interns) and manage recruiting, offers, onboarding, curriculum delivery, and offboarding with HR and leaders.
Oversee the annual Finance Academy of Management for managers in AZ, MA, and TX, delivering 30 hours of leadership development.
Serve as the FLDP Champion for ~18 rotators, managing rotations and career development activities.
Develop and execute internal communications strategies for Finance, including newsletters and leadership town halls.
Lead change management, CORE adoption, and executive communications across the Finance organization.
