Qualifications

• 3-5 years of recruitment experience, including financial services preferred.
• Experience supporting onboarding, background checks and HR ticketing systems.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP) preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer.
• Source and engage candidates with financial services backgrounds.
• Develop internal candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS and HR platforms.
• Coordinate background checks and onboarding processes.
• Ensure positive candidate experience.
