Job summary

This role leads Dynamics 365 Finance configuration and AI-enabled finance initiatives, partnering with finance leadership and IT to deliver on the transformation roadmap. Qualifications

• Core finance and accounting process improvement experience across procure-to-pay, record-to-report, and order-to-cash with strong controls.
• Hands-on configuration and delivery experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance; Power Platform beneficial.
• Experience with AP automation tools; Medius strongly preferred.
• Practical experience applying AI in finance, including AI-assisted document capture and AI assistants embedded in ERP.
• Ability to configure, test, tune, and monitor AI-enabled functionality in production with governance.

Responsibilities

• Execute the finance and accounting transformation roadmap set by finance leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance systems and processes through analysis and user feedback.
• Serve as the finance function's SME for Dynamics 365 Finance and Medius AP Automation.
• Prepare recommendations and documentation for decisions on COA, financial dimensions, and controls.
• Manage delivery of finance system projects, including requirements, testing, cutover, and support.
