Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Senior Director, Finance Business Enablement to own the foundational infrastructure that the Finance team relies on. You will partner with Accounting on asset policy, own ERP/FP&A roadmaps, and set forecasting standards for the organization.

This role requires 10+ years in finance leadership, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of finance-system implementations in asset-heavy environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, incl. FP&A or finance transformation.
• Direct experience partnering with Accounting on asset policy, depreciation, or capitalization.
• Proven record leading major finance-system implementations or upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Own depreciation & capital policy in an asset-heavy, data-center environment.
• Define the roadmap for ERP, FP&A/planning platforms, and reporting tools.
• Standardize planning, reporting and month-end close processes across Finance.
• Govern cross-functional alignment with Accounting, IT, and business units.
• Improve data architecture and reporting to reduce manual reconciliations.
