Job summary

Klaviyos is seeking a strategic Product Lead, Finance Systems, to own the company’s finance application landscape and core workflows. You will define the multi-year vision and partner with Finance and GTS leaders to drive automation, control, and insight across procure-to-pay, record-to-report and order-to-cash.

You will lead AI-driven improvements, align ERP/Finance architecture, and ensure integrations and data quality across the back-office stack in a high-growth, public SaaS business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise or business systems with ownership of Finance technology at a tech or SaaS company
• 4+ years in product design responsible for order-to-cash, record-to-report, procure-to-pay, revenue/billing, and financial close systems
• Understanding of SOX ITGC and working with Internal Audit and external auditors
• Fluency in ERP/Finance application architecture and integration patterns to enable modern finance stack
• Experience building or scaling AI and automation in Finance workflows

Responsibilities

• Own and communicate the Finance systems vision and multi-year roadmap.
• Translate Finance objectives into clear system investments and sequencing.
• Collaborate with owners and analysts to drive design and deliver the roadmap.
• Lead AI-native transformation across Finance and embed AI into core processes with guardrails.
• Design and optimize end-to-end Finance workflows across procure-to-pay, record-to-report, and order-to-cash.
• Partner with CFO and Finance leadership to translate strategy into technical decisions and align with company roadmaps.
