Cox Enterprises is seeking a Senior Director of Finance Systems & Process Improvement to shape and lead the strategy for financial systems and process transformation across the CEI Finance organization.

The role manages cloud-hosted finance solutions, including OneStream, to enhance data quality, controls, and insightful reporting, while guiding cross-functional transformation and portfolio company initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Technology, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, financial systems, enterprise applications, business transformation, and/or Finance technology.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in matrixed organizations.
• Experience with OneStream, Hyperion, or similar EPM platforms; OneStream strongly preferred.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, facilitation, stakeholder management and change leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the finance systems strategy and operations, including OneStream roadmap and vendor relationships.
• Oversee data strategy, governance, and reporting improvements across finance platforms.
• Direct process redesign, automation, and governance to drive productivity and controls.
• Couple with technology partners to align architecture and ensure secure, scalable implementations.
