Cox Enterprises is seeking a Senior Director of Finance Systems & Process Improvement to shape the strategy for finance systems and drive process improvements across the Finance organization and portfolio companies.

The role leads cloud-hosted finance solutions, including OneStream, to improve data quality, controls, reporting, and efficiency. It requires deep leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong track record in enterprise transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Technology, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 12+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, financial systems, enterprise applications, business transformation, and/or Finance technology.
• Finance or Accounting experience is required.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in matrixed organizations.
• Proven track record developing and executing financial systems, reporting, data, automation, or process improvement roadmaps.
• Experience with OneStream, Hyperion, or similar EPM platforms; OneStream strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Financial Systems Strategy and Operations, including roadmap for OneStream and related automations and configurations.
• Oversee cloud-based finance tools, vendor relationships, and system upgrades.
• Develop and govern data strategy and finance data governance.
• Collaborate with finance teams to deliver prioritized system support and reporting.
• Partner with technology teams to align framework, architecture, interfaces, and security for finance platforms.
• Lead evaluation of new finance technologies and advise Finance Leadership on adoption and best practices.
• Sponsor finance systems and process strategies for acquisitions and portfolio companies.
