Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Администрирование NetSuite OneWorld: многоюрисдикции, роли, релизы.
• Ведение и внедрение интеграций Stripe, Ramp, Deel, HiBob и качества данных.
• Руководство выбором и развёртыванием новых систем, включая usage-based billing.
• Настройка фин. процессов для каждой новой сущности и аудитоподготовка.
• Участие в архитектуре финансовых решений по ценообразованию и географиям.

• Run NetSuite end to end, including multi-subsidiary setup, chart of accounts and segments, scripting and workflows, release management, roles, and segregation of duties as the company builds toward public-company controls Own integrations between Stripe, Ramp, Deel, and HiBob and NetSuite, and between NetSuite and the data warehouse, enabling month-end reconciliation by design Lead the selection and rollout of new systems, including usage-based billing and equity administration Handle finance setup for every new entity Build AI agents and automations with the Automations and Data teams for invoice coding, people-cost reconciliations, and accounting requests Represent the systems perspective in finance decisions on new pricing models, geographies, and audit readiness

Требования:

• Hands-on administration of a multi-entity NetSuite OneWorld instance, including SuiteScript/SuiteQL, saved searches, roles, and releases
• End-to-end ownership of an ERP or billing implementation or migration
• Understanding of how Stripe data flows into an ERP and revenue recognition
• Ability to build integrations through iPaaS or code that reconcile and alert when something breaks
• Comfortable using SQL
• Understanding of R2R, P2P, O2C, and related controls
• Ability to work with accountants, engineers, and auditors
• AI-first approach; daily use of tools such as Claude Code or Cursor and automation of workflows before staffing them
