Job summary

AV is seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Manager – Finance to oversee Fusion Finance Applications and Oracle EPM Suite operations. You will lead a team focused on enhancing technology alignment across Business Units and ensure the effective delivery of strategic technical architectures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance, with 12–15 years' leadership experience in Enterprise Applications and business analysis.

This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions, and a collaborative approach to managing cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12–15+ years of experience in Enterprise Applications or Business Analysis.
• Proven experience in driving digital transformation within Finance.
• Strong competency in configuring and supporting the Oracle EPM Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Enterprise Applications Finance team.
• Direct the day-to-day operations of the application finance team.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure successful systems deployment.
