Job summary

Pearson seeks a seasoned Source to Pay (S2P) and Record to Report (R2R) Finance Lead to own end-to-end finance processes globally. You will manage Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud modules, ensure strong controls, and partner with Finance, Procurement, Technology, and Audit to enable efficient close and accurate reporting.

Ideal candidates bring deep Oracle expertise, outstanding stakeholder management, and a proven track record delivering transformation in large, matrixed organizations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS across finance modules.
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud across S2P and R2R.
• End-to-end ownership of S2P and R2R processes.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end S2P and R2R processes across Pearson.
• Own Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud configurations for finance.
• Partner with IT, Audit, and external partners to ensure controls and data integrity.
• Oversee SOX compliance and internal controls across S2P and R2R.
• Drive transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
