Job summary

VulcanForms is seeking a Business Systems Analyst Lead to bridge Finance and IT, driving ERP optimization and enterprise system maturity. You will own analysis, design, and implementation for finance-related systems, leading cross-functional initiatives from concept through deployment.

The ideal candidate has strong finance/process knowledge and hands-on systems expertise, with experience guiding ERP transformations and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, MIS, or related field.
• 5+ years as a business/systems analyst or similar role.
• Experience with end-to-end processes across supply chain, logistics, finance, manufacturing, and operations.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations or upgrades; Epicor preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance to gather and validate system needs.
• Lead ERP upgrades and governance for finance processes.
• Oversee UAT design, execution, and audit-ready tracking.
• Develop a strategic systems roadmap with Finance leadership.
