Job summary

Aon is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Systems to lead the modernization of our financial platforms in the United States. You will drive automation, scalable architectures, and real-time insights by leveraging Workday, TM1, Databricks, and Power BI to transform planning, forecasting, and reporting.

You will partner with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions, ensuring data governance and governance standards across the finance functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• Master's degree or CPA preferred.
• Expertise in financial systems, including Workday and IBM Planning Analytics (TM1).
• Strong proficiency in data modeling and dashboarding tools (SQL, Python, Power BI, Anaplan, Tableau).
• Proven experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or similar AI/data platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation efforts across financial systems, driving automation and scalable architecture.
• Partner with Finance, IT, and Business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Architect and maintain multi-dimensional financial data models for planning and forecasting.
• Leverage Databricks, Snowflake and other AI platforms for large-scale data management and analytics.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
• Conduct systems analysis to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Manage reconciliation between Workday, TM1, and other subsystems; ensure data accuracy.
