Job summary

1Password is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst focused on integrations and automation. You’ll build, test, and maintain API integrations across core financial apps, accelerating data flows and reliability.

Qualifications

• Foundational experience with APIs, integrations, automation, or related systems.
• Experience with REST APIs and JSON data.
• Scripting in Python, JavaScript, or similar language.
• Write and run test cases for integrations and automated workflows.
• Ability to learn new systems independently.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical partners.
• Document integrations and tests; familiarity with NetSuite, Workato, Postman is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, maintenance and release of integrations across financial applications such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Zip, Ramp, UKG, Workato, and Stripe.
• Write and maintain scripts that automate data flows, transformations, and system-to-system synchronization.
• Build and refine Workato recipes and integration workflows using APIs, JSON payloads, and webhooks.
• Assist with SuiteScript customizations within NetSuite and develop small utilities to reduce manual work.
• Design and run integration tests and validate end-to-end data.
• Troubleshoot integration failures and data discrepancies.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, procurement, data, legal, and other teams to deliver reliable solutions.
