Job summary

The role at AbbVie acts as a liaison between business finance users and the Business Technical Support community. It focuses on finance systems across multiple sites, ensuring SAC, BPC, and SAP incidents are triaged and resolved, with coordination across HQ and international affiliates.

You will lead month-end close system processes, provide end-user training, support FP&A during deployments, and drive continuous process improvements in finance operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or IT related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in finance systems or analytics.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead liaison between business finance users and Tech Support across HQ and sites.
• Manage SAC, BPC and SAP incidents and system lifecycle activities.
• Provide training and template support to end users.
• Collaborate with FP&A and IT for system deployments and testing.
