Job summary

PM2CM is seeking a dynamic systems and finance professional to serve as the subject-matter expert for department financial systems and integration projects. You will bridge finance and technology, lead system enhancements, and ensure robust internal controls across ERP and vendor modules.

The role requires hands-on experience with financial systems, month-end close processes, and cross-functional collaboration with IT, campus stakeholders, and auditors. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, information systems, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in accounting, finance, or system/financial-systems roles.
• Experience with enterprise accounting systems and/or leading system integrations or implementations.
• Ability to interpret trends, analyze variance, and produce monthly reports.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the SME for departmental accounting and financial systems, evaluating and implementing ERP and vendor modules.
• Reconcile accounts and maintain strong internal controls; identify discrepancies and correct actions.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and dashboards; drive timely deliverables.
• Interface with auditors to provide information and support audit requests.
• Lead system enhancements and integrations; coordinate month-end and year-end close activities.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and campus partners on bond-related financial matters.
