Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in finance systems, ERP, or integrations.
• Experience with enterprise systems and production support.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own functional design and system configuration across BillingPlatform, ERP, and upstream systems.
• Act as primary integration coordinator across BillingPlatform, ERP, and other platforms.
• Design, develop, and validate integrations, including APIs and middleware data flows.
• Define and maintain data mappings for customers, subscriptions, invoices, and payments.
• Support ERP implementation, data migration, and validated configurations.
• Own change management and release governance with proper approvals and docs.
• Lead production support: ticket triage, prioritization, and SLA adherence.
• Troubleshoot system, integration, and data issues; drive root-cause resolution.
• Coordinate testing, define test scenarios, support UAT, and enforce QA.
• Maintain audit-ready processes with documentation and traceability.
• Ensure changes support SOX and ITGC requirements.
• Partner with Finance and IT to align design with business needs.
